Zia AbbasDescription
The main antagonist of Trackers Alliance: The Widow. A cult leader on Neon hellbent on destroying Ryujin for what they did to her late wife. Has co-opted the language and ideology of "The Great Serpent" to gather people and resources to this end, but does not believe in any of it. Background Shortly after moving in together, Zia's wife was diagnosed with a degenerative neurological disorder. This led to Ryujin Industries reaching out to offer a chance for a cure, an experimental Neruoamp. However, Zia's wife died in the procedure due to "complications," and Ryujin attempted to pay Zia off in exchange for her silence. Zia instead in her grief came upon her late wife's religious texts that spoke of "The Great Serpent" and believed it was a message from beyond the grave to tear Ryujin down. Lt. Owen Flores

Description
The main point of contact for the player. The detective that's tasked with investigating the string of deaths on Neon, Owen Flores is someone that leaves no stone unturned and helps the player in their quest. Background A longtime detective for Neon Security, Flores has an edge to him from his long stint on the force that comes out when pressed. Having been tapped by both Security and Ryujin to solve this case "quickly and quietly," Owen reached out to the Trackers Alliance in order to have someone on the case who can work more freely than he can. Goals/Motivation To stop the Widow Personality/Archetype Gruff, experienced detective Relationships Main point of contact for the player, has a buddy cop relationship with them. |
Cultists

Description
The cultists of The Widow, these Neon residents have become essentially brainwashed by the preachings of Zia Abbas. They are willing to fight, die, and kill for her so long as she says the word. Background Most of the cultists are from the bottom of the socioeconomic ladder in Neon. Not only does Zia provide the teachings of "The Great Serpent," she also provides food, housing, community, and purpose. It's the combination of these things that attract the cultists. Goals/Motivation To protect the Widow and enact whatever plan she espouses Personality/Archetype Intensely devoted follower Relationships Worships the Widow |
